Management Fee

Our management fee is 8% of the rent income, charged on a monthly basis. Let us save you money and increase the value of your investment with straight-forward pricing paired with exceptional service. Ask about multifamily and multiple property discounts. We can come up with a profitable solution for all types of properties and portfolios. 

Maintenance Fee

$75

$75/hour, charged on the half hour. Our maintenance team is experienced and efficient, keeping our tenants happy and expenses to a minimum. We have negotiated third party services at a discounted rate saving owners time and money. For larger projects, we will provide you with multiple estimates and provide knowledgeable oversight. 

Leasing Fee

80%

When finding new tenants, we offer 40% (versus typical 30%) of one-month's rent commission to agents to bring highly qualified tenants at the highest possible rent. You'll pay 40% of one month's rent to us for marketing, processing applications and executing lease documentation. These commissions are paid immediately upon lease signing. 


Renewal Fee is $200/10% on Properties over $2000 per month.
